August 5, 2017 The property insurance litigation team wins back to back jury trials against Citizens Property Insurance Corporation. The first case involved a denied roof leak case which the jury awarded 100% of the damages estimate to the clients. The second case involved a coverage dispute over scope and pricing. After a week-long trial the jury ultimately sided with our clients and awarded additional money for unpaid damages.

After a heavily litigated four year bout the trial team at Marin, Eljaiek & Lopez, P.L. successfully proved to a jury that their client was damaged as a result of tropical storm Isaac to the tune of $457,868.93.
